Homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Hazelnut Milk (Almond milk or cashew milk or whatever…)
  • 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Whisk almond milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup in a saucepan over medium heat. Once it is almost boiling, whisk in vanilla, remove from heat and pour in a bottle or container with lid.
  2. Allow mixture to cool completely. Store in the fridge and shake before using in case spices settle a bit.
  3. Annnnnnnd voila! Pumpkin Spice Latte at home all year long!
