1) Begin by dunking an Oreo in the milk, then lining the bottom of the casserole with one layer of Oreos.

2) Next, cover the layer of Oreos with Cool Whip.

3) Continue by layering another level with dunked Oreos and slathering with Cool Whip until you have the amount of layers you wish. I usually stop at 3.

4) Finish the top with a layer of Cool Whip and some crushed Oreos for texture (optional)
