This Friday, I will be doing my first ever live reading in NYC at KGB Bar!! The reading series, At the Inkwell is having their romance night and were kind enough to think of me! I’m nervous and anxious and excited and I may puke all over my brand new Cole Haan’s I bought just for the occasion. In other words–I’m feeling GREAT!
But seriously, it’s going to be a lot of fun and it’s at a bar, so I mean let’s get real…even if it’s not as much fun as you thought, there will be booze. BUT IT WILL BE FUN. It will exceed your expectations of fun so much that you will need to redefine FUN as you know it! (am I selling it, or what?)
Also, I’ll be giving out kisses–the chocolate ones. And maybe if you’re REALLY lucky you’ll get a real kiss.
So let’s recap the night:
1) I will be nervously puking.
2) I’ll be giving out chocolatey kisses (I’ll bring a toothbrush, I swear).
3) There will be alcohol.
4) I’ll be in fabulous shoes.
5) I’ll be reading erotica…though I’m not sure how much of that I’ll need to censor.
It’s a win-win for all involved. Be there or be square!
